Utility Payment

New users and individuals without a registered online account will need to have your utility bill available to log in or to create an account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID # exactly as the City has it listed for billing purposes.

Miscellaneous payments include but are not limited to donations, facility rentals, tournaments, tree/ bench memorials, pet adoptions, reports, and Fall Festival payments. Please have your reference number available to make your payment. Reference numbers may be obtained by calling City Hall at 636-456-3535.

 There is a 24 Hour Drop-box in the Police parking lot located near the Morgan St. entrance or you may use the walk-up box located next to City Hall's front entrance door.
