Warren County R-3 School District has submitted a Site Plan application for approval for 28.94 acres on the west side of Hwy. 47, north of East Ash Road. The site plan shows the construction of a one-story 105,300 S.F. New Daniel Boone Elementary School.

Westwood Farm Development LLC has submitted an application for a Record / Final Plat for a 21.82-acre tract of land east of N. Hwy 47 and north Arlington Way at 1106 Steinhagen Rd. The Record / Final Plat depicted 37 lots of Phase 1 of the 66 total single-family lots approved with the preliminary plat on January 16th, 2024, Board of Alderman Meeting with Ordinance # 2834. All lots include lot sizes and minimum frontage requirements meeting or exceeding the R-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential District.
